Piedmont Parent, the Triad's most trusted parenting resource, is looking for a part-time Website Editor, 20 hours per week, to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have degree in journalism, English or communications, experience in web publishing, and will be responsible for:
* Writing daily blog post and updating homepage daily
* Writing/editing of all web content
* Coordination of online contests
* Creation of monthly and bi-weekly e-newsletters
Qualifications needed:
* Editing and writing experience
* Knowledge of HTML
* A thorough understanding of AP Style
* Exceptional organizational ability and a positive attitude
* Attention to detail is required, as is the ability to handle and prioritize a number of different tasks at once.
* Marketing, digital and social media experience a plus
