On Saturday, April 15, the Greensboro Science Center (GSC) will celebrate spring with some "eggcellent" activities. Throughout the day, keepers will provide animals with special Easter and spring-themed enrichment items. In addition, visitors will be encouraged to participate in an all-day egg hunt for a chance to win prizes.
To participate in the egg hunt, visitors will explore the GSC, searching for silver eggs that have been hidden in various exhibits. Participants can guess the number of hidden eggs by commenting on the GSC's official event posts on social media for a chance to win their choice of prizes:
- 2 SKYWILD tickets
- 4 Greensboro Science Center admission tickets or
- 4 Inside Tracks: Aquarium Adventure passes
Three winners will be selected – one on each of the following social media outlets:

Spring Eggstravaganza activities are free with general admission or GSC memberships. For the general public, admission is $13.50 for adults, $12.50 for seniors and children, and free for children 2 years old and younger.
