Recipes to Keep the Fit Momentum Going

Published:

The Fit Family Challenge has us staying active with our families, finding balance in life and making better choices at the grocery store. To keep the momentum going, here are a few seasonal recipes from the archives:

Mango Smoothies
The combination of creamy tofu or yogurt with the summery sweet taste of mangos makes this a delicious summer breakfast or snack.

Fruit Salad
Whether for breakfast, a side to replace chips or fries, or a sweet evening treat, you cannot go wrong with a fresh fruit salad.

Apple-licious Taquitos
This healthy alternative to both quesadillas and apple pie will knock out your craving for Mexican food as well as dessert. Try it with whole grain tortillas for added health benefits.

Three Bean Salad
Perfect for back yard barbeques, covered dishes or any summer family meal. Remember to make this one a day ahead so it has time to marinate over night.

Do you have a quick, easy, healthy recipe to share?
