Guilford County Schools to Host Career Exploration Fair

Guilford County Schools will host a Career Exploration Fair to help students consider their options when it comes to life after school. More than 70 businesses and institutions will be on hand to talk to students about the careers that interest them. Students will also be invited to complete a career assessment to help them discover what career may be right for them.

This year, members of the Guilford Apprenticeship Partners (GAP) will provide presentations at 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. GAP is a local business group working with GCS to provide apprenticeships to GCS students. The program includes paid job training and a free two-year associate degree.

Say Yes Guilford will also be there to answer any questions students or parents may have.

Admission and parking are free.

WHEN: From 4 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 15
