Description:

Come see what a day on the farm is like! Camp this summer is June 22-26, 9am-2pm, for children ages 6-12. Come prepared to work hard, get dirty, play hard, enjoy and care for the land! Together, we will learn how farm and nature work together (healthy soil, food webs), become friends with the animals (feed/ water animals and gather eggs), care for and harvest in the farm garden, learn how to practice sustainable farming (plan, plant seeds, make compost, care for plants, protect from predators), farm-inspired music/art/storytelling, learn from visiting educators, old-fashioned fun and games, and more. We will also work through daily character building themes. Send your child to explore the wonder of God's creation and understand his/her role in stewardship of it.
