Art and Wine Studios in the Triad

While “mom’s night out” events have been around for some time, it has not been until recently that the wine and paint nights have become a huge trend. Luckily, the Triad has several offerings for both public classes and private events. Whether wanting a mom’s night out or a date night that is unique, these places are sure to provide for a fun and creative night out.
The Painted Daizy
5197 Country Club Road, Winston-Salem
Paint events are $25-$30 per painter.
Hosts a variety of paint parties like the recent ones in October that included their Sippin’ Halloween Owl Paint Night and Black Cat Paint Night at Four Oaks in Clemmons.
Carolina’s Vineyards & Hops
1111 Marshall St. S. Ste 184, Winston-Salem
One ticket is $25, and two tickets are $46. Ticket price includes materials to paint one picture and one glass of either wine or beer.
Hosts a monthly Sip ’n’ Art event, where attendees can learn to paint a painting on that month’s theme as well as enjoy local wines and craft beers and a mini dessert bar.
Merlot & VanGogh
1130 Burke St., Winston-Salem
Open class cost is $35 per person in advance and $40 per person at the door. The cost for a private party is still $35 per person, but there is a minimum of $350 and a required $50 deposit. Kids’ classes are $25 per person.
Uncorked Masterpiece

Wine, paint classes and private events range in price. Call or email the studio for pricing. Children’s story time is $10 per child.
Hosts regular paint nights and are open to wine and paint parties for all occasions from bridal showers, to friend’s night out. Beverages (including wine) and food are not provided.

Public paint parties are $35 per person. For the private parties, there is a 10 person minimum and up to 40 people maximum with a required $100 deposit. Child story/paint time is $15 per child.

Public classes usually range from $25 to $40.
They host nightly paint and sip classes. They also offer space for private parties. Both public and private parties are BYOB (bring your own beverage). Additionally, they also have a dedicated space for children’s parties and an Art Buzz Kids program.

They offer private parties for any type of wine and paint party. They also provide various classes for adults and children.
Painted Grape
3256 S. Church St., Burlington
Paint & Sip Private Parties are $35 per person, with Thursday through Sunday requiring a 7 paid person minimum and Monday through Wednesday requiring a 5 paid person minimum (there’s a maximum of 32 people for any party).
They will supply all painting materials and glasses/silverware/corkscrews, etc., but you must bring own food and beverages. One great feature they offer to nearby residents is they will bring the party to you at no additional cost, within 15 miles.
